    I had a pleasant stay. The hotel had good amenities, and the bathroom was spacious by Tokyo standards. The room was quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The neighborhood was also peaceful and pleasant, with a nice atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

    The rooms were more spacious than usual business hotels in Japan, and definitely felt more luxurious with king sized bed and a huge toilet. It was also very clean. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. Not considered too far away from the JR Takanawa Gateway station as well.

    Near to all stations and line to get into Tokyo with minimum fuss, but far enough to not bring the business and crowds with you. Relaxing stay with all Japanese facilities as expected. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel.

    The thing about this hotel is the the location to Takanawa Gateway Station. Just 3 minutes walk for us, flat and good pavement with luggages. It is also near to a relatively new Newomen shopping mall that is not crowded. It is about 7-8 minutes walk to Shinagawa Station to explore more food options but not a pleasant place to navigate due to construction in the area. The hotel itself have basic and processed food for breakfast. Regretted paying for it. Coffee was good though. The bed for us was terribly soft and we could not get any good sleep for the few days before heading home. Although room is small, it was consider functional to be fair, and there is Netflix, Youtube which was a plus.
