An absolutely perfect stay from beginning to end! Everything was complete and thoughtfully prepared, from the smooth check-in process to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The service was excellent, and every detail made the experience feel seamless and relaxing. The highlight was definitely the garden. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and added such a special charm to the property. Spending time there truly elevated the entire stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

The staff are very kind and polite and the hotel is beautiful. It is so quiet and peaceful and the room we stayed in was very large with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a lovely gin bar, a 711 onsite, and several great restaurants. The Shinagawa station has nearly every line and Shinkansen, so you do not need to change often. Will stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The Shrine behind it, the koi pond, and all the lovely paths made our stay truly special. Plus, the 6-minute walk to Shinagawa Station made getting around Tokyo super easy.
The Patio restaurant and the hotel bar/restaurant both had fantastic service and food. We were a bit surprised to find a 7-Eleven in the lobby, which was a great treat when we needed a late-night snack.
