This is a very nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. Very close to the Takanawa station ( 1 block). This station is new and does not get crowded. The only downside is that the nearest laundromat is around 15 mins away by walking. They have washing/drying machines on the property, however they take a very long time to wash clothes. The nearest convenience store is around 2-3 blocks in either direction. The hotel is in a business /residential area so not too many sights to see. But the train station location makes it easy to travel around.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and kind people. Food was okay, but there’s plenty more food to get in Tokyo. Room was amazing with a top tier bathroom. Location is nice. Close to the metro and shopping mall across the street. Far from the chaos which I like.

The thing about this hotel is the the location to Takanawa Gateway Station. Just 3 minutes walk for us, flat and good pavement with luggages. It is also near to a relatively new Newomen shopping mall that is not crowded. It is about 7-8 minutes walk to Shinagawa Station to explore more food options but not a pleasant place to navigate due to construction in the area. The hotel itself have basic and processed food for breakfast. Regretted paying for it. Coffee was good though. The bed for us was terribly soft and we could not get any good sleep for the few days before heading home. Although room is small, it was consider functional to be fair, and there is Netflix, Youtube which was a plus.
