The staff were over the top. Wonderful, helpful, timely, kind, and welcomed me into the location like it was their home. I appreciated all the tips and tricks for the place and the area. Followed their recommendation to eat nextdoor and it was delicious.
Impossible to change the size of the place, so if you want a roomy large western size room, you won't get it here. It is perfect to put your luggage down and sleep. The shower facilities are perfect for getting clean.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff
It looked a bit different in the photos ie it’s sagging and old-looking , and also you can hear doors and hallway activity so bring earplugs but! it was comfortable and clean and perfectly fine for one night and so cheap.

The staff is soo welcoming, the location is good and very easy to check in. They give you some recommandations and help if it's your first time in Tokyo or Japan. They do some events with a very friendly vibe 👌
Evrything was good but if i have to put something it's maybe the hour of checkin, that's a lot like that in Japan but 4pm is soo late 😭
