It was really handy to the JR Line and easily accessible. The public onsen is excellent and a welcome luxury especially after walking around Tokyo all day.
Received a neutral check-in experience on arrival after having traveled 15 hours - not the best first impression. The rooms are quite small and seemed more geared towards a single occupant despite the double bed which we didn’t find particularly comfortable. The DIY washing machine was also disappointing as our clothes came out smelling worse than when they went in.

Very good location, at a short walk from the Gotanda station. The rooms are reasonably sized for Tokyo, and modernly furnished. The staff was extremely professional, the breakfast was good and as a bonus, the view out of the reception was excellent too.
