    This hotel is right above Gotanda station. The clean facilities, with a room slightly on a small side, but I guess it’s common in Tokyo. The number of washing machines and a microwave could be improved. Only three washer dryers in the whole hotel and only one microwave to serve god knows how many guests.

    My second time staying here. Beautiful hotel with great location. Lots of establishments within reached. Everything went well and staff was very helpful. Will definitely go back for more stays during my tokyo trip.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit Tokyo, and this time I stayed for a full week. The location is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable (tho a little small), and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only downside is the laundry facilities. There are only three washing machines, and the front desk can only remove finished laundry after 30 minutes, so the wait can be very long, especially in the evenings.

    Location is good but the rooms were very dusty. We could see dust flying around. Quite dirty. For make-up I had to use the mirror inside the shower room which had better lighting. Will not stay again. We had massive allergic on our face after staying for 5 nights. Not sure of they clean the beddings? Staffs were fine. Just room problem.
