    We got the bigger unit of whole level as triple bedroom and high floor. The room facing another side of the train track so we cant really hear the sound. Nearby have small shopping mall with food. Downstair with family mart. Room cleaning everyday 10am. 2 double bed and a extra super single bed. Overall is alright for us. The station easy to go other town

    We were a group of 3 small-sized girls and had booked a Deluxe Triple room and was posted to room 208. Room was very small and looked like it was supposed to be for 2 twin beds, with an extra foldable bed stuffed into the room. There was barely any space to walk and put 3 suitcases. The worse was that the bathroom had a very pungent urine smell. We thought that maybe the service staff didn't do a good job cleaning and decided to stay the night and review the smell after the next days' cleaning. However the smell did not get better and we called to request for a room change. We got upgraded to what i believe was the Superior Triple room, which was much more spacious and less urine smell. This was a good change as we were staying for another 5 nights. I'm very appreciative of that. The hotel also provided single-use amenities from DHC in the lobby like facial toner, cleanser and moisturizer, which came in really handy! Hotel was also situated close to Gotanda station, which is well-served by the Yamanote line, and right below is a 24h convenience Family Mart and nearby a 24h McDonald's.
