    好きなホテルだっただけに、本当にショックでした。改善されなければもう泊まりません。 立地が非常に便利で、スタッフの方も親切です。部屋は狭めですが、必要なアメニティが揃っており、全室にマッサージチェアがあるのも長旅の後にはとてもありがたく、私はこれまでレムを気に入って利用してきました。 だからこそ、今回の滞在には本当にショックを受けました。 今回は2回に分けて宿泊し、それぞれ別の部屋を利用しましたが、2つの異なる部屋の両方で、バスルームに黒カビを発見しました。 一度だけなら偶然かもしれませんが、別の部屋でも同じように黒カビがあったため、清掃やメンテナンスに問題があるのではないかと感じました。 特に1回目の部屋は、埃が溜まっており、洗面所周辺には前の宿泊者と思われる髪の毛も残っていました。壁なども全体的に薄汚れた印象で、狭い部屋だからこそ、壁や細かい部分の汚れが余計に気になりました。 私にとってレムは、「便利な立地」「コストパフォーマンスの良さ」そして何より「清潔で安心して泊まれるホテル」というイメージでした。そのため、今回2つの部屋で続けて黒カビを見つけたことは本当に残念で、これまで持っていた信頼が大きく損なわれました。 私はレム六本木が嫌いになったわけではありません。むしろ、これまで好きで利用してきたホテルだからこそ、以前のような清潔で快適な状態に改善してほしいと思っています。 しかし、率直に言えば、今回のような清掃・衛生状態が改善されない限り、今後このホテルに宿泊することはありません。 好きだったホテルだからこそ、今回の滞在は本当に残念でショックでした。今後、客室の清掃やバスルームのカビ対策を徹底的に見直していただきたいです。

    Cleanliness, staffs, facilities all above the par and the most important part was the strategic location. One step away from train station which connect most of the attractions in few stops away.
