    Room was spacious for Tokyo, and I loved the bathroom so much I'm considering remodeling mine at home. The amenities greatly enhanced the experience - the self-serve counter next to the reception desk had anything you could possibly need, including face masks and bath salts, all complimentary. Staff was very welcoming and friendly too. The hotel is right above Gotanda Station, which is connected to JR Yamanote and the Asakusa line, so I felt well-connected to everywhere I wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Location is good but the rooms were very dusty. We could see dust flying around. Quite dirty. For make-up I had to use the mirror inside the shower room which had better lighting. Will not stay again. We had massive allergic on our face after staying for 5 nights. Not sure of they clean the beddings? Staffs were fine. Just room problem.
