Central air and heating to keep you comfortable during any season. Both cable and internet are provided. Located on the first floor, the patio offers a breathtaking view of the pool and canal. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is a short walk down the street and the beach is only minutes away. Bring your boat along and tie up at one of the boat slips! Some of the best fishing on the Gulf Coast!

We had an amazing stay here!! The space was very cozy and comfortable for our weekend away. Mr Guzman was very responsive and kind with any questions we had. We will definitely plan another stay and recommend to family and friends.

The property was old, not very well landscaped. Entry doors to complex were difficult. The weather was bad so we were confined to the room very much. The mosquitoes were horrible. The unit was well equipped but extremely small. Good for a couple but that’s it. The shower curtain fell about 4 am waking us up. The tub area needs to be renovated. Not much room for your clothes as most drawers were full of sheets and towels. Very limited space. We left a day early. I would not recommend this place.
