The building is located directly on the water, and you can walk straight from the condo to the marina, fishing dock, and waterfront areas within minutes.

* Private patio overlooking the water
* Loft with a queen bed
* Spacious living room with 2 sofa beds
* Fully updated kitchen and bathroom
* Professionally deep cleaned
* No pets allowed

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condo.
Please note:
* The condo is located upstairs on the second floor
* Two flights of stairs are required (no elevator available)
Shared amenities include:
* Outdoor marina pool
* Heated indoor pool located in the main building
* Fishing dock (first come, first served)
* BBQ area and BBQ pits
* Gym and library
Pool wristbands are required when using the pools and are provided inside the unit.
Parking:
* One assigned parking space. No pass is needed.
* One additional shared guest parking space or on anywhere on premises except garages.
Other Things to Note
* Please do not open the barn doors, as they lead to the owner’s private closet.
* We have 24-hour security on site for your safety and peace of mind.
* Please return all pool wristbands and passes before checkout.

It was a great location and outdoor pool was great. Even though its the end of December, it was 80 degrees!! So my husband and son enjoyed fishing from the doc, while we enjoyed the pool at the same time. The building itself is a little outdated but seems like they are making improvements to it.

The water view and location had to be my favorite things from my stay here. The condo complex is on the older side. The condo it self was clean, the kitchen and restroom vanity are updated. A few simple suggestions for improvement: The furniture needs updating, we saw what was under the sofa covers. The kitchen table wasn’t steady and you could tell where someone attempted to reinforce it. It kept swaying every time we sat down to eat. The kitchen utensils & dishes look overly used and need to be replaced. One of the restroom doors was breaking and it kept getting caught on the restroom mat. The balcony was not in the best condition. This place could use some extra TLC.
