Charming, on the water condo offers a perfect blend of comfort & convenience and is on the first floor. Just 7 minutes to the Beach. Take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a swim in the pool, or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. Pool, hot tub and water pavilion totally refurbished! Boat slip available on request with the condo. Very limited exterior cosmetic repairs ongoing to complex. 95 % complete. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were given the privilege to check in early which was very helpful. Communication with owner very helpful making sure that I was able to enter the unit easily. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.
