Comfortable and cozy 2B/2B 2nd floor, walk up, waterfront condo with WIFI, private parking space & boat slip, pool and hot tub! Comfortable furnishings, tile and carpet, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include a king & queen size bed, and a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen area open to the dining & living areas. Private balcony provides great views, stairs to the water, boat slip, pool & hot tub areas. **NO PETS**

The apartment is well equipped, they had everything we needed, they had coffe and sugar and that's always a big plus.

This was our second time staying at the condo. Check in was clear and easy. The condo was just like last time, however, the electricity went off many times throughout our entire stay. I did contact the owner and he was responsive and said he was going to look into it and alert the HOA. Unfortunately, it continued each evening and morning. We would leave in the mornings to avoid the heat and not wanting to open fridge/freezer or cook, but the evenings were not ideal with the heat. Hopefully, the building gets some clarity on the issue because the owner and condo are great. Just disappointed, since we brought family this time.
