This property is clean and has the essentials. It does not provide any "extras", so exactly 6 towels, no extra bedding (thin blankets), no coffee filters, etc. There were a few issues at the property when we arrived, and the management company was quick to fix them. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and canal. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that they were on the deck by the water. Great location with quick driving access to the beach. This is an older property that could use some updates, but for the price and location it is a winner!

I can’t say enough about Pradre Escapes. They helped me find something at the last minute. Answered every call and text quickly. They were very courteous, professional and helpful. The condo we stayed in was fine, beds were comfortable, kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a good location. Only a few complaints that could be easily addressed. First the bathrooms should be cleaner, the refrigerator wasn’t thawed and cleaned. The other complaint is a personal preference. There was one tv in living area. I would always choose a condo with TVs in the bedrooms. One last thing, could have better towels. These were similar to towels you would expect at motel 6. Other than that I would stay here again. I do recommend this condo but I will always try to book through Pradre Escapes.
