Welcome to our beautiful Marina Resort Condo!
Relax and enjoy breathtaking waterfront views in the heart of North Padre Island. Our condo is within walking distance of popular restaurants, bars, and shopping, while still offering a peaceful marina getaway close to all the beaches.
The building is located directly on the water. Simply drive straight toward the waterfront side from the condo entrance, and you’ll be surrounded by marina views, fishing docks, and coastal scenery.
Bring your fishing gear, kayaks, and water toys, and enjoy everything island life has to offer!

This was our first time not staying at our usual spot due to two night minimum stay. We enjoyed our stay the place was clean and well kept. The only thing it didn’t have was a blender. Overall everything was great for a quick trip.

The property was in a perfect location for fishing,shopping or dining.All was within walking distance if you chose. Some of the eateries may not look five star from the outside but the food is out of this world. We will be using
VRBO again.

Very small. Kitchen utensils need upgrading and dishware likewise. Furnishings could use significant upgrading. Clenliness was lacking particularly the refrigerator which thecleaning the cleaning lady neglected
