This wonderful, four-bedroom home is the spot for your next vacation, featuring two king master suites and two lovely rooms with queen beds. The lower level boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms while the remaining bedroom is upstairs.

Located on a quiet Princeville street just steps from the spectacular Queens Bath Trailhead, this home has a large flat backyard, great for throwing a Frisbee or football, and a short walk nearby offers sunset views from a spectacular hilltop overlooking Bali Hai. It is also close to Princeville's award-winning golf courses, shopping, numerous breathtaking beaches, and adventures.

With three, large flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and a stereo, you can listen to your iPod or CD's, watch DVD's, or enjoy the vast cable TV selection. A private washer/dryer is also provided.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Check in was easy and simple. The home was centralized to our vacation fun, as our main focus was the beach. The home was supplied with many beach time necessities including beach towels, ice boxes, children’s sand toys and more.

We loved the rental. The house was located in a great neighborhood with a wonderful view from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the a/c units all worked well. we asked to stay an extra night and the management company was easy to contact and accommodating. The house had a great supply of snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. Great vacation house for a family.

Well equipped, beautiful house. The house is spacious and includes everything needed for a great trip including beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, an abundance of regular towels and all other supplies like paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. It’s refreshing to arrive at a rental after a long trip and not have to worry about toilet paper! We had a few small things (light out in the shower) that we contacted the management company for and they responded immediately and had everything fixed in a few hours. The man that came to the house was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked great but the house has so many windows, we barely used it. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend this rental. Also, you can walk to Queen’s Bath and Hideaways beach which are both incredible. Definite perk!

Rented through Marriott Homes and Villas. Arrived to find that the A/C unit covering the main living space (living room/kitchen area) was not working. After trying to figure out what was wrong in the 92 degree temperature inside, a call to the local management reps revealed that this was a known problem. (Other recent reviews of this property show that even back in March it was a problem.) The small portable unit that had been brought in really did nothing to combat the heat, meaning that by the afternoon every day, the space meant for our family to gather and relax was unusable. We were told that HVAC repairs are hard to schedule and that none was available until the end of the month. I wonder if the renters after us were given any kind of warning.... The location of the property is good and the property was otherwise clean and the bedrooms comfortable. But there were plenty of other smaller issues that contributed to an overall disappointing experience - two of the three bikes had flat tires and there was no air pump, at least one other A/C remote control was dead, a towel bar was coming off the wall, there were numerous chipped plates.... In the end, the lack of communication was truly disappointing. Given the considerable cost of this property, why would Vacasa not be up front about the maintenance issue, rather than leave it to me to try to figure out and fix myself? Some up-front communication, along with some sort of proactive apology/recompense, would have gone a long way - customer service 101, really. Instead, I had to argue for even minimal compensation and only ended up with a rebate of maybe 7 percent. Marriott was not any help, either, it must be said.

Beautiful home, it worked perfectly for all three couples and the two teenagers! Loved having coffee every morning on the lanai and enjoying the view. Very peaceful neighborhood!

Overall this home is very nice. Our main issue was the a/c in the main living area did not work. They had a small portable unit in the dining area and provided fans, but unfortunately while we were there it was very warm and never cooled the area off enough to enjoy hanging out or cooking at it. Property management was responsive, but they let us know the unit was on order but hasn’t arrived yet. I’m sure this would be a great place to stay once that works. However for us, it was disappointing not to be able to use the main area. The location is an easy walk to queens bath and a little longer walk to Hideaway. The sunset from the deck was beautiful.

Princeville is beautiful, we loved the location and proximity to Hanalei. Lots of shops, restaurants, markets and beaches nearby. The house itself was spacious and sufficed for our needs. The a/c in the main living area was broken and apparently management knew this before we checked in which was disappointing that it was not taken care of before our arrival. The outside porch was not cleaned at all before our arrival and there were a lot of frog droppings and insects on the furniture. We saw a few roaches in the kitchen at night and lizards randomly in the house however, it’s an island and we’re from FL so this didn’t bother us. If they replace the a/c unit and pay a bit more attention to detail this property would be five star all the way.

This home was amazing! It fit our whole family and had plenty of room with a view of the golf course and ocean! Clean and easy to get to! Would highly recommend this property for anyone staying on the North Shore!

Location is great. Walking distance to Queens Bath. The biggest issue was lack of Kitchen amenities with many useful items missing from the kitchen. Don't plan on using the BBQ unless they get a new one as most the burners are a fire hazard and don't work. Internet is spotty at best but did work. They did supply sand and beach toys to play with which was nice. Bedrooms and toiletries were as expected.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Kauai! The house was perfect, had so much to offer and in our opinion was in the best location on the island. We absolutely LOVED staying in the north near such cool little towns, some of our favorite beaches and amazing hikes. The house was literally right next to one of Kauai's coolest sites, Queen's Bath which was one of our favorites. The house itself was beautiful! It had a nice deck, very comfortable beds, AC in all rooms, Smart TV's with Netflix, a well equipped kitchen, and our favorite added bonus were the bikes. It also came with so many other added things such as beach toys, plenty of beach towels, board games, etc. During our 10 days in Kauai we stayed in another rental property, a hotel and here and this was by far the best place we stayed in Kauai! We definitely look to stay here next time we're there!

I loved everything about this home. Wish I had seen the activity gear for use in the garage sooner! I have given it 5 stars even though one bedroom was too hot - however, I suspect they got the cooling unit in it repaired so that should not be an issue. The house is very well maintained, very clean. The neighborhood is great for walks, close to many beaches. You will love it.

Beautiful home, lots of room. The views from the front porch are amazing. Lots of beach gear. You wake up to birds chirping and roosters. The access to Queens Bath is right down the street. Access to sandy beaches is a few miles away. Princeville is so beautiful. My only problem is with the carpet in the master bedroom, carpet needs a good cleaning. The living room couch is patio furniture so not that comfy. I definitely recommend this rental.

We loved this property! The house is very well maintained and in a beautiful neighborhood. The layout of the house is very nice with 2 master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked, and a foodland grocery store just a couple miles away. We would definitely come here again. Princeville is a gorgeous place. I would, however, recommend staying on the north shore in the summer months rather than winter. We drove to the south shores a lot to get to a warmer beach and out of the rain. But even with that, this house is so great, and I would do it again!

This house is in a lovely neighborhood within close proximity to Hanalei Bay. Services were conveniently located (grocery store, wine shop, etc.). The house was well stocked and had supplies needed for a beach vacation, including beach chairs and towels. There were four bikes available which were great for cruising around Princeville. We encountered a few issues, one of which was that after a long day of travel from the West Coast, we were unable to gain entry to the house. The lock box code for the front door did not work and, after checking our entry instructions, we realized the rental agency (VACASA) neglected to provide the code for the lock box containing the key to the front door. In addition, we were unable to gain entry through the garage because the garage door keypad was not operating properly. After an hour of numerous phone calls attempting to locate a rental agent, Nicole (from the local rental office) arrived and let us into the house. She was very apologetic and surprised that the key lock box code was not listed in our arrival instructions. We found the house very clean and well stocked with everything needed to begin our stay. We found that the barbeque grill on the lanai was not working but this was remedied by a handyman who arrived with Nicole. I would recommend this property with the advice that future renters make sure to have specific instructions on gaining entry to the house (both lock box codes) and a local, 24 hour phone number to contact a rental agent in case of emergency. Oh, one more thing....there are many roosters that roam the neighborhood which adds to the charm of the setting, unless you are a light sleeper. The roosters don't adhere to a strict wake up time so arrive prepared with some ear plugs!

Steps always from Queens bath! Also, right across the street from the St Regis golf course. We snuck out there to take pictures on the lookout at sunset. The house was the perfect size for three couples and a baby. Grocery shopping, beaches, hikes, stores... all within a short drive. They also have a garage full of gear, chairs, bikes, etc, which was a huge bonus.

The staff was very helpful with all our questions. The bouquet and welcome card reflected the efforts made to prepare this rental accommodation for our arrival. The house was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home accommodated our family of 7 while in Kauai for a destination wedding. It was very clean and the kitchen cabinets were well stocked with everything needed to cook. The amount of stairs were an issue for our elderly parents but we were able to resolve the problem by having them walk around to the back entrance. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and only a couple houses away from the Queens Bath Trail. If going down the trail, we suggest you wear aqua socks (trail is very muddy). We would highly recommend this lovely home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house fully equipped. We wanted to change houses as there is construction going on next door. The property manager tried to help us find a new house to stay in, but no luck. She could not find another house with air conditioning. The couch cushions in the living room need replacing as they are worn out. Otherwise, it's a fairly nice house. We enjoyed our stay even though their was construction as we went to the beach every day.
