E Komo Mai! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom North Shore/Princeville home is centrally located in the desirable Queens bath neighborhood. The backyard is a tiki style oasis boasts a private salt water pool, waterfall, Rockwall and tropical landscape that is sure to relax you.
This home is just a short drive from the town of Hanalei and the gateway to the North Shore attractions, beaches and trails.
You'll truly enjoy this home with a spacious and inviting floor plan.
-Seven beach trails are within walking distance from the house, with snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, beachcombing, and much more. Some are season dependent.
-Less than a mile away is Hanalei Bay Resort, Happy Talk Lounge, Hideaways, One Hotel, and other Princeville attractions.
-Just a short stroll from the house is sunset point. A beautiful gathering point to watch the sunset and whales, depending on the time of year.
-Princeville Shopping center, library, park, and restaurants are just a mile from the house.
- The house is located directly across from Princeville walking/jogging and Makai Golf club.

Our first overall impression was how clean the property was.The location was great, within walking distance to a lookout, Pu’u poa & hideaway beaches, and queens bath. Grocery store and various restaurants were close too. The backyard and pool were beautiful and nice to come to after a day of sightseeing House had everything we needed included beach stuff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville! The house was everything advertised and the beautiful pool and fenced in backyard was perfect for our family! We had 4 kids ages 2, 4, 6 and 8 so the private pool was perfect to keep them entertained in between excursions. The landscaping was beautiful and the kids also loved chasing the lizards! We will be recommending this private home to any friends and family for future use. Brandi was an excellent host. She responded immediately to all of our questions.

The home had everything we could have needed and more. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor had comfy beds and the bathrooms were spacious and well stocked. The master suite on the second floor was fantastic for getting away to relax. The pool was amazing. Perfect temp, perfect ambiance, lots of fun seating. The waterfall was a beautiful and relaxing feature. There were pool toys and beach supplies galore! We would highly recommend and would love to come again. The North Shore of Kauai also had everything we needed - shave ice, beaches, restaurants, hiking, scenic sites!

This was my first experience booking with Vrbo and the host made the whole process so easy. The host was responsive, easy to talk to regarding any questions I had and understanding of my concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was amazing for my large family. It had everything we needed: kitchen items, swim stuff, cleaning supplies, just everything. The tiniest details were taken care of and the property is beautiful. The children loved the pool. I knew they would enjoy having it all to themselves rather than fighting for space at a hotel pool. If you are considering this property, just do yourself a favor and book it.

Our family of 8 enjoyed the house and the pool. We grilled brats, had coffee in the wonderful screened in sun room, and all easily fit around the large dining room table. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards weee awesome! We didn’t have a chance to ride the bikes. So close to Hanalei Bay and walking distance to Queens Bath. Great communication from Brandi too!

The property was perfect for our large family gathering! Well equipped, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool even though it was quite chilly for the kids due to little sun with lots of rain and wind. Did quite a bit of island driving which was my fault for not researching areas. Neighborhood was upscale. Made great use of the bbq. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. A wonderful time was had by all from ages 4-72!

We loved the location and house but thought the quiet hours from 9-9 were a bit extreme! Someone called on us because our kids were swimming at 8:30 am! The roosters wake you up everyday way before that anyway!! Otherwise perfect!

This house is perfect for a big group. It has everything that’s needed for a great vacation. My friends and I loved using the pool and grill. We also loved how the house included beach necessities - towels, umbrella, chairs, coolers. The location was convenient and close to stores, restaurants, and Queen’s bath. You won’t regret booking this place :)

Everything was perfect! The location, the pool, the furnishings all met our expectations. We really enjoyed the fire table and appreciated propane being provided for the table and grill. Lovely neighborhood and we enjoyed walking to Queens Bath and Hideaways. The snorkeling was amazing at Hideaways Beach.

Family agreed that this was our best vacation in Kauai, and this house was a big part of that decision. Everything we needed was available and provided the best space for us to spend time together as a family playing games, swimming, grilling, or just chilling. The location was great for us, close to beaches, store and a quick drive to Hanalei. We used the beach gear and the bikes which was very handy. We definitely hope to come back, Brandi was very helpful and responsive.

We LOVED our stay at this house! We booked this property after another host cancelled on us last minute without explanation. It ended up being a fortunate turn of events. We enjoyed our days at the beach and exploring the island then came home to a comfortable setting and the kids loved having the pool available while we cooked dinner. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to use made for stress free trips to the beach. The beds are nice and this property comfortably sleeps 10. The kitchen is well stocked, it may not have the exact supplies you are accustomed to at home, but we cooked many meals during our stay. The host is very responsive and so kind. Would definitely book this property again!

This house was perfect for spending our Christmas vacation in Hawaii. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so nice to have all of the beach gear to take with us on our adventures too. There was one small hiccup at check in, but Brandi was available and immediately remedied it. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this property in the future.

The house met our needs for sleeping, nice having a pool and excellent area to walk. Kitchen needs new frying pans, oven stopped working, grounds and concrete need cleaning. We checked out over two weeks and still trying to get our deposit back and left everything in top condition.

This place is PERFECT

Gorgeous house, super clean with so many amenities. Pool is luscious and completely private. Beds are comfy and master bath/shower is like a spa. Couple of things: the location of this house is PERFECT. You can walk to the nicest beach spots (Hideaways, Queen's Bath, Puapoa). The bikes provided are CLUTCH (even tho they are old and more than a bit rusty) because the parking at local beaches is severely limited. We saw people waiting in line to park at Hideaways and Puapoa and we just sailed by with the bikes. A short drive to Anini and Kalihiwei beaches, where parking is plentiful. NOTE: we could not make it to Hanalei b/c the road is closed except for very limited times and that causes major traffic jams (no bikes either). So just be aware -- there was apparently some kind of mudslide. You can bike/walk to the Foodland (best poke!!), an ice cream shop and some other shops/little restaurants. I mean this place is SO WELL SITUATED; you cannot beat it. Pro tip: rent SUP boards from Patrick at Anini Rentals. You can paddle to a waterfall -- we were the only people there. Overall an amazing vacation -- we are so grateful the owners shared their home! We'll be back!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house is super clean, spacious and Brandi was extremely accommodating. We stayed for 3 months and it really felt like home. The new pool is gorgeous and every night we’d walk to the bluff to watch a beautiful sunset. All the amenities and this place stood out because they actually let you have your dog there!!! The views from upstairs are beautiful with gorgeous sunrise in the morning and the mountains to the west. The lanai was lovely and the perfect nook to enjoy meals or even the passing showers. So grateful to have had the chance to stay in this lovely home.

We enjoyed a relaxing week long stay at this property. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably, with the pull out couch used in the family room. The main rooms have air conditioning but the bedrooms do not, although this wasn't an issue for us in February. If you plan on staying on the North Shore of Kauai the property is very conveniently located in Princeville. Overall we had no major issues, and the host Brandi was quick to reply to any questions we had via text.
