About this house rental
It is our wish that you enjoy this home away from yours, as much as we enjoy living in it when we come to Kauai! This custom built home is the perfect vacation home for up to 5 couples or large families as it accommodates 12 people comfortably. Access to private pool and tennis court. The attractive landscape with tropical plants and water lilies plus an elegant porte-cochere welcomes you and your family and friends to the main entrance of this two story Mediterranean home. Upstairs you will be enchanted by the openness of an elegant living room, formal dining room and large casual kitchen with high cathedral open beam ceiling. Enjoy the large windows with awesome views of palms and trees everywhere as well as the majestic mountains that surround us. The kitchen is well equipped to satisfy your culinary needs in case you decide to stay in and cook, chill, and enjoy your home away from home. An extra mini fridge for drinks, GE Monogram appliances, an extra large counter with plenty of space to gather around the cook and entertain. Enjoy a warm family breakfast or gathering in our kitchen or in the outdoor lanai with awesome mountain views and table seating for 10. A separate smart tv and entertainment room with games with an opening to kitchen for snacks and drinks. One queen bed suite with private bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs you will find the master king bed suite with a large spa like bathroom. Access to a great lanai and enclosed backyard, outdoor shower and lounge chairs and above ground Hot Tub, A relaxing way to end up your day, enjoying the trees around you! There are two large identical bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds. A large full bathroom. On the opposite wing of the house, you will find another nice bedroom with two twin beds, also the laundry room and access to garage. Guest have access to Private Community Pool & Tennis Court steps away from the back gate. Home is a 10 min walk to beach, happy talk lounge and restaurant and queen's bath.
