The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. One additional bedroom offers a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a twin bed with trundle. Three air-conditioning units are located in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom.
Outdoor living includes a covered back lanai that opens to a new pool with a spacious deck, outdoor dining area.
