Centrally located in Princeville, this newly built 2022 home offers a comfortable and well-appointed retreat for an unforgettable stay on Kauai’s Garden Isle. Thoughtfully designed for guests, everything in the home is brand new, from the furnishings to the dishware, creating a fresh and welcoming home away from home.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, a cozy reading nook, a half bath with laundry, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. One additional bedroom offers a King bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom also includes a King bed. Three air-conditioning units are located in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom.
Outdoor living includes a covered back lanai that opens to a new pool with a spacious deck, outdoor dining area. Upstairs, guests will find a TV room with a smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, a fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed, a full bathroom, a covered lanai with mountain views, and desk space for remote work.
