Just three blocks from Scarborough State Beach, this bright and cozy cottage sits on a quiet no-thru street. Enjoy a private yard, spacious deck with outdoor furniture, Weber Gas grill , and outdoor shower, perfect after beach days. Inside, there are two window A/C units (living room & master), plus fans in every room for added comfort. Walk to the beach, church ,breakfast spot and coffee shop.

It was great to be a 10 minute walk to the beach! The cottage had everything we needed. It was tough during the day to be in the cottage since there is no A/C but I spent most days at the beach, so it wasn't a major issue. It did cool down most nights and the fans provided were helpful.

despite being only a couple blocks from a main road-it was quiet. House was very, very clean. Felt comfortable there even during time of COVID-19. Lacked a bit of privacy just due to proximity of neighbors and also there was alot of light at night due to same. Not horrible though.

Good location. Walked to the beach. Outdoor shower a big hit with the family and kept the sand outside.
