Enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1 Bathroom cottage for rent conveniently located in the Scarborough Beach area of Narragansett. Wall mounted, flat screen TV's in every bedroom. Large closets and dressers with ample storage space. Ceiling fans in every room. Sleeps 6 people. There are three queen size beds. Please bring: sheets for queen size beds, pillow case and towels. Paper products are provided.
Amenities include: Central A/C, natural gas heat, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fully appliances kitchen, front loading washer and dryer, bath tub with glass shower enclosure, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, large flat screen TV in living room, cable TV, DVD player and a large selection of DVD's, wireless internet, deck with lighted canopy and outdoor living room area, patio set.
The exterior is landscaped with gorgeous plantings on a quiet, dead-end street. The coastal inspired landscape design includes: A small white sailing dinghy filled with beautiful flowers, a nautical rope fence, flower beds accented with white sea shells and bordered with beach stones, a crushed sea shell driveway and path. Take a relaxing nap in the shade on the large hammock outside. Located within walking distance to Cumberland Farms. No Smoking or Pets Allowed.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Great communication with the host along with great suggestions to make our visit to the area complete. House was extremely clean and had everything you would need…fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful sisters weekend (5 of us). Close to Newport and Block Island Ferry. The house was great for us. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Everything was great except for sleeping. 2 of the beds were a 5 out of 10. The back left bedroom mattress was a 2 out of 10.
Kinda important in a rental. It's too bad Everything else was great. Easy fix let us know if you get new mattresses we would stay agian in a hot sec.
