This fantastic two-bedroom, one full-bath, newly renovated cottage is located in the exclusive and highly sought after Point Judith and it is now available to book for this summer!
It is perfectly situated within a short driving distance to many of the most beautiful beaches Rhode Island has to offer: Narragansett, Scarborough, as well as Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove). The surrounding area offers a selection of activities and amenities for every guest (The Seawall, Beaches, Point Judith Lighthouse, Galilee, Shops, Restaurants, etc.) This home has it all, it floods with natural sunlight, boasts a gorgeous high-end kitchen, a beautifully manicured backyard, brand new full-sized front-loading washer & dryer and of course, central air!
Step into this lovely cottage and be greeted by the living room that is open to the fabulous backyard deck and the newly renovated modern style kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, under cabinet lighting and a table that easily seats two to four. The kitchen is open to the bright and light family room with a large flat screen TV and a French door that leads to the deck. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen with a frameless glass shower door and custom floor to ceiling tile.
The front bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin size up top, TV and an armoire. This room is great for teenagers and young children, but also can accommodate an adult! The master bedroom has a full-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and night stands. The living room has a double sleep sofa. This Cottage sleeps 7
Additionally, there is a small room upon entry where the washer & dryer are located, this area is tastefully tiled, clean and bright.
The exterior of the home has a spacious deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture that seats four. The beautifully landscaped yard provides a well-manicured lawn and a great area for yard games where you can enjoy those warm summer nights with family and friends. Can’t forget the outdoor shower that has hot and cold running water!

Very happy with our vacation. The property was the perfect size for a family of four and was extremely clean and well designed. The house is on the main road but is landscaped perfectly to provide for privacy and peace & quiet. The house has an outdoor shower to get beach sand off and an amazing indoor shower with great water pressure. The multiple shops and restaurants next door within walking distance are perfect for convenience. There are multiple beaches within a 2-3 minute drive from the house. The owners / property managers were helpfully, generous, and very responsive. We will definitely book again next year if it’s still available. Thanks again!

We had an awesome time at the adorable little cottage. It had everything you could need! Great location! Cant wait to return someday, hopefully for a longer stay & better weather!!!!

Very cute and clean. Good location. Responsive owner. Only one bathroom and then outside shower. Full size bed in "master", not queen. Great water pressure in shower!

My son and i have shared this tradition of spending the week of the 4th up in New England. We usually are up in Westport, MA. This year we did Narragansett. And let me tell you.... first Lynn is a magical human! Her interaction with is and immediate response was abive and beyond any expectation you can have for a human and property manager. The house was just as listed. Super clean, beautiful and just what we needed. Perdect for a small group or just you and your kiddo! Great location, you can see the ocean on a clear day just 2 blocks away. Easy to get all beaches and the ferry to Block Island. It was an amazing stay! If you asked my 9 year old he would say the shower is the best feature of the house..lol! But truly the hospitality and experience of the Captains Cottage I was memorable and we cannot wait to come back!. Its a home away from home!
