This fantastic two-bedroom, one full-bath, newly renovated cottage is located in the exclusive and highly sought after Point Judith and it is now available to book for this summer!
It is perfectly situated within a short driving distance to many of the most beautiful beaches Rhode Island has to offer: Narragansett, Scarborough, as well as Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove). The surrounding area offers a selection of activities and amenities for every guest (The Seawall, Beaches, Point Judith Lighthouse, Galilee, Shops, Restaurants, etc.). This home has it all, boasts a gorgeous kitchen, a beautifully fenced in backyard with a seating area and fire pit, outdoor shower, full-sized front-loading washer & dryer and of course, central air!
Step into this lovely cottage and be greeted by the living room that is open to the fabulous backyard deck and the newly remodeled style kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen features stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting and a table that easily seats two to four. The kitchen is open to the bright and light family room with a large flat screen TV and doors that leads to the deck. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen.
The front bedroom has a bunk style twin size beds with a trundle bed, TV and an armoire. This room is great for teenagers and young children, but also can accommodate an adult! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and night stands. This cottage also has a twin sleeper sofa in the living room! This cottage sleeps 6
The exterior of the home has a spacious deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture that surrounds a fire pit that seats four. The beautifully fenced in yard provides a well-manicured lawn and a great area for yard games where you can enjoy those warm summer nights with family and friends.

What a gem! This house is so beautifully decorated, so immaculately clean, so thoughtfully furnished and so well located. It is close to numerous beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away in a gorgeously landscaped yard which offers great privacy. We loved this property and look forward to a return stay!

The Captain's Cottage was a cozy, wonderful place to spend a relaxing week with our family. The house was clean, perfectly appointed, and in a great location to local eateries. We enjoyed spending our days at the beautiful beaches nearby. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Lovely quiet, calming, clean home with beautiful landscaping and plenty of outside space. Great host. Close to everything on offer, you’ll just have to chose which beach and clam shack you’re going to today!
