A perfect stay! We hope to be back

Perfect for my needs

Very comfortable, great host, easy walk to town.

Parking was a little challenging, but after doing it twice, I got the hang of it. Toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful host (with the cutest dog), clean and fresh rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, lovely veranda.

No warm water in the toilet in the livingroom but that was the only thing. Other than that, we had an absolute fantastic stay! Thank you

Comfortable 'zen' place from which you can explore the Cote d'Azur

Perfect location in walking distance of the old village of Vence. We loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom as well as the small terrace with great vues and sun exposure. Patrice kindly left amenities at our disposal (coffee, tea etc) and good information about the neighbourhood.

Really nice location, calm and fresh air. Great place to relax, even to stay in if it’s raining Very private, and great to have off-street parking. Kitchen really well-equipped. Great amenities.

Configuration of the bedrooms/bathrooms might be inconvenient if you need privacy.

L’accès compliqué, environnement trop urbanisé! La deco est réussie à condition d’aimer le gris présent partout! Manque d’originalité et de chaleur, on peut vraiment faire mieux pour une destination « Côté d’Azur ». Éviter pour le linge les odeurs de lessive de supermarché trop présente!

L'accueil très chaleureux, propriétaire à notre écoute . Nous a conseillé des itinéraires pour la découverte de la région ce qui est fort appréciable. Nous avons inauguré le petit-déjeuner à la française super copieux et excellent. Chambre nickel et piscine très appréciée. Nous recommandons à 100 %
