Clean , comfortable and spacious apartment tastefully decorated, with views of St Paul de Vence through to Antibes and the coast. Aude was helpful and attentive on checkin and depart and arranged car parking for discount fee. Thankyou!

Location, fitout, decor all outstanding. The availability of nearby parking at a modest cost was a big plus. The proximity to St Paul de Vence was outstanding. Faultless

It was a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful place.

Great location, very convenient, clean and nicely decorated. Aude is a very nice and helpful staff.

Would be nicer if more towels could be provided (I only got one set for four nights stay) There is no supermarket in the whole area. Need to bring some groceries and wine , also olive oil if you would like to make some simple meals.

I would like to apologize for the lack of response to messages for a few days before our arrival, my German mobile SIM card does not seem to be very flexible in France; The owner was very responsible, tried to contact us before our arrival, so that she could meet us immediately when we arrived. I must say my first feeling upon entering the apartment was"damn, I only booked for two nights", I loved all the decor in it, the owner's taste and love for the apartment could be felt everywhere; We immediately changed our original plan for the next day after we sat on the couch and watched TV for a while. We wanted to spend more time with the apartment and Vence.

Absolutely incredible stay in St Paul de Vence

The home was maybe a 2-minute walk max to the walled-in city of St Paul de Vence and the view was amazing. Aude met us to check us in and out and she was so lovely by giving us a tour of the home, recommendations and even providing some food and drink for our stay. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for St Paul

Perfect location just outside the Village and a lovely quiet space despite being so close to the road. Great value, spotlessly clean, great location.

There was some confusion with the owner over when we could check in, but this didn't matter when we met the lovely Aude on check-in who apologised for any miscommunication and was incredibly helpful with parking and beach tips.

This has to be the cutest cottage in St Paul de Vence. My wife and I will definitely be back . Aude , who looks after the property on behalf of Gerda ..... well she is an absolute lady and made us feel so welcome . If you are a couple .... and planning on a stay in the beautiful St Paul de Vence ..... dont hestitate . Book Orangerie cottage . And a great dinner choice is at La Colome d Or ...

Excellent, will be back!

The location was excellent, a short walk to the town gate of St. Paul de Vence, and with a great view of the town ramparts and the valley below. It is a very cosy cottage, with all that a traveller needs. Even though it is on the main road, the thick walls ensures that one is not bothered by traffic noice. The host stocked the fridge with milk, cheese, butter and water, and also provided coffee pods, tea and bread, enough for a light breakfast, which I really appreciated. Even though I only arrived at 1900, Aude was waiting outside the property with my keys. She also provided me with a card to use the underground parking garage, a few minutes walk from the cottage. A stress free experience!

Lovely and Quaint Property with superb Hosts!!

Beautiful property very charming and well maintained. Great location to be, very close to the old town, restaurants and parking. This property has great views and very centrally located to explore the French Rivera. The host Gerda, went out of her way to help us getting car parking, restaurant bookings, locating a pharmacy for us to get our RAT test before leaving for Italy etc. Her recommendations were very good and she was patient with all our questions. Excellent communication and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay and we will not hesitate to book again.

Si tratta di un piccolo appartamento molto ben tenuto, che affianca una tenuta di dimensioni maggiori a ridosso del villaggio. Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento, e siamo stati trattati con grande cura sia nel contatto on line tramite booking, sia durante il viaggio tramite whatsapp, sia appena arrivati. Anche il nostro cane Blue ha ricevuto ottima accoglienza. L'appartamento si trova lungo la strada che porta al villaggio, ma è estremamente silenzioso. Ha una magnifica vista e abbiamo trovato tutto quel che ci serviva. A pochi passi si trova un parcheggio custodito, decisamente costoso, ma i proprietari mettono a disposizione una tessera con un piccolo sovrapprezzo. In dieci minuti a piedi si arriva alla Fondazione Maeght, in cinque al villaggio e ai numerosi ristoranti e bar. La signora che ci ha accolto, Aude, è stata gentilissima e prodiga di suggerimenti.

J’y reviendrais avec plaisir !

L’appartement, qui est aménagé avec goût, est lumineux, confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable et calme. Cerise sur le gâteau : la magnifique vue sur Saint Paul … et la mer au lointain ! Il n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied du village. Si vous venez en bus, l’arrêt « village » est juste à côté de l’entrée.

Le logement était très bien situé Très lumineux Tout était parfait Nous avons été accueilli par Aude qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, nous a conseillé des lieux à visiter , personne très sympathique Le petit plus très agréable, les ingrédients de première nécessité et une bouteille de vin rosé Très touchés par cette attention particulière Nous avons apprécié le forfait parking, très abordable et très pratique Excellent séjour
