Location was superb and we found parking in a side street for €7 per day

The place take a bond of 800 euro and the city tax fee is the highest we found throughout our 5 week journey around France. The property is very unsafe with steep ladder to go to the top floor. It was too unsafe for us to use. The apartment is located within the walls and there are no shops within these walls to buy milk. Washing detergent so if they could provide soap, a water jug to fill up to use in the fridge would be very helpful. There were a lot of things for the paying guest to do to ensure that you get your bind back as well. The front entrance door is difficult to lock/open and the kitchen sink was blocked. The bathroom smelt and when using the hot water the noise from inside the shower sounds like a jack hammer being used. Very disappointing

I really recommend to avoid. I am a student that went to a wedding in the area. The property owner and management company are greedy horrible people. They put in small letters that a deposit of 800 euros is taken as guarantee and that your passport should be scanned in advanced and send via their platform (not booking), which is exactly how fraud works and even booking warns about it in the chat box. I couldn’t talk to them as I had my flight, and knowing I’ll arrive without a room I took a different hotel, as the weeding was the same day. It was very expensive. The owner and company refused to reimburse me even if I agreed to pay the first night (which makes sense since I blocked it). I explained the situation and they refused to cancel the deposit and the passport scan, and refused 3 times to cancel my booking just so they could take the money. I told them that I am a student and I can’t pay or do those things. Until now they are happy with keeping the whole amount. The property decided (to defend themselves from a bad review) to give me access to the property at 15:20 afternoon, knowing that I had a flight landing at that time and that the wedding was at 17, so going on a flight with no place to go was impossible, I had to book another place before boarding. Their move was vicious and they knew that giving me access at 15:20 when I was already in a hotel is ridiculous ( like someone will wait in front of a building 2 hours hoping they will let him in without knowing where to go with a luggage and 30 degrees outside, one hour before the wedding starts… It was from begging to end a shameless behaviors from this place. Horrible !

Spacious, centrally located apartment with beautiful views off two balconies.

Communication with property management was poor, we were staying two nights and when we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working correctly. After initial contact, there was nothing further and no response to further messages. Also, not absolutely clear when booking that the €800 security deposit is not just a preauthorisation charge but will be charged to your card and it took us 2.5 weeks and many messages to get refunded.

Au centre de la ville de Saint-Paul de Vence . Au calme mais vraiment très très calme . Super bien équipé , bien aménagé . Lit très confortable.

L’échelle pour aller dans la chambre du haut très très dangereux car donne sur l’escalier du bas Problème dans les tuyaux si on prend de l’eau chaude .

Posizione buona, ma complicato posteggiare in zona per via delle strade molto strette

Alle 9.50 abbiamo lasciato la stanza perché erano già arrivati i nuovi affittuari.... perciò una corsa, perché ovviamente dovevano pulire per consegnare l'alloggio in ordine
