About this apartment rental
Village apartment 60 M2, completely renovated at the beginning of 2025, ideally located in the heart of the village of Tourrettes sur loup, on the side of the town hall square with a view of the sea.
Comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people maximum.
It is composed of:
✓1 large spacious bedroom, with 1 large bed 180x200, a dressing room and a bathroom with toilet.
✓1 bright living room with a large new sofa bed of 160x200 (quality bedding) and a beautiful sea view
✓1 fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine ...)
Close to many shops and restaurants in the village.
Come and enjoy the historical richness of the village with its picturesque streets, its craft shops and the beauty of the surrounding landscape. With many hikes in the surrounding area and magnificent views.
Close to Vence, St Paul de vence, Gourdon and 20 km from the sea.
Liberation parking lot 50 m away, paid but free from 7pm in the evening and at night until 7am.
Please note that this parking lot is closed on Wednesdays, market day.
School parking lot and free madeleine parking lot 7 days a week - 24 hours a day, located 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village.

Tourrettes sur Loup is located 25 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from Cagnes sur Mer and the beaches, 20 km from Cannes, 6 km from Saint Paul de Vence, 5 km from Vence, 45 minutes from Gréolières les Neiges, the nearest ski resort, 45 minutes from Monaco, 114 km from Saint Tropez, 15 minutes from Grasse, 60 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 10 minutes from the Gorges du Loup .
The location of the apartment allows you to enjoy in summer, the sun and the sea (The nearest beaches (20 minutes) are those of Cagnes sur mer, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Saint Laurent du var, Antibes, and Golf Juan), and in winter the winter sports resorts of Gréolières les Neiges (45 minutes), Isola 2000 (1h30) Valberg and Auron.
It is ideally located between the sea and the mountains with all possible sports activities in the surrounding area: boating, hiking, paragliding, skiing, tennis, golf, rafting, rock climbing etc etc. All leisure activities in one place!! PGJyPg
In Thorenc / Gréolières, 35 minutes from the village, through the Gorges du Loup, is the Thorenc Natural Park with its bison, Prewalski's horses. Superb walk to do and picnic around the lake of Thorenc.
Behind the village is the Domaine des Courmettes by which you can access by a small path. This 600-hectare estate is a paradise for hikers, landscapes and fairytale views.
If you like golf, 20 minutes away is the famous Opio-Valbonne golf course.
The town of Vence located 5 km away, with its large Leclerc supermarket, its Carrefour Contact supermarket, its excellent delicatessens and its pleasant restaurants and cafes,
Saint-Paul-de-Vence, another medieval village with its shops and restaurants (including the famous Restaurant la Colombe The Maeght Foundation, a museum of modern art located just outside, is also 6 km away.
If you are a golfer, there are more than 15 courses near the villa, such as the Golf d'opio, offering you the opportunity to play. (remember to book!).
village of Gourdon, nicknamed the Eagle's Nest, offers a magnificent panoramic view of the entire coast, and many craftsmen including glass and art shops.
The nearby city of Nice offers a rich cultural life, museums and festivals, as well as a lively gastronomic scene, especially in the Old Nice on the Cours Saleya, with its morning flower market and charming baroque churches.
Cannes is also worth a visit, with its magnificent Croisette and its many haute couture boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars, whether on the beach or nearby. From here you can also take a ferry for a short crossing to the beautiful Lérins Islands.
Antibes is a charming ancient city that is home to a Picasso museum, excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches and the largest marina in the area. I recommend the walk around the ramparts, an area reserved for pedestrians, with a magnificent view.
Saint-Tropez, about 1h40 away by car (110km) with its beaches and glamorous atmosphere, is easily accessible for a day trip,
Monaco, located 50km away, with its Casino and Palace.
You can also go to Italy to visit theFridayin Ventimiglia or one of the charming coastal villages such as the spectacular village of Eze, a medieval village nestled on a cliff overlooking the sea and an exotic garden located at the top of its narrow streets

The very best!!!!!!!!We loved everything about it It’s exquisite in the way it was furnished, mixing modern commodities and old charm.We were thinking when we were there for three days that we would not mind staying in it for the rest of our days.Angelique was helpful and delightful . We were really pleased with the genuinely great work the apartment had been restored, It was perfect for us.Congrats and thanks for a perfect stay. Every thing was complete and made easy to be comfortable in a wonderful setting. Highly recommend.
