Apartment Simba

Divna i srdačna vlasnica, prekrasan apartman, lokacija idealna.

Simba is a secret tip. It is surprisingly well equipped and furniture is of exquisite standard – we didn’t expect that for the value price! Floors and stairs made of marble, table made of stone with shell and fish in it, floor upstairs made of real wood and there are new windows in the apartment. Tiles in the shower are made of red Adnet stone. We loved the comfortable and romantic feeling the 2 levels provide, especially with the windows upstairs allowing a view over the city to the sea. Travelling with children you should of course take care of the steps and the railing. You should also keep in mind that there is no stove (hey families: no pizza), but hotplates are provided which work excellent (so families: noodles work out great). The shower head is loose a bit and will probably be new if you arrive. Using internet was a challenge, but all hospitality and help provided was so lovely, just as the hosts are! Last but not least: very close to the beach and a great location, loved it!

Lokacija apartmaja je odlična. Najbližja plaža je nekaj metrov stran in zelo lepo urejena, čista, z veliko naravne sence in različnimi aktivnostmi za vse generacije. Staro mestno jedro je prelepo, zelo čisto, urejeno in prijetno. Na vsakem koraku je čutiti preplet tradicije, kulture v sozvočju s sodobnim udobjem mesta. Domačini so zelo prijazni, kar velja za celoten otok, ki sva si ga dobro ogledala. Apartma je splošno ocenjeno lep, udoben in praktičen, a je potreben obnove.

Stanovanje ni bilo najbolj čisto. Posoda v kuhinjski niši je bila umazana. Najbolj je razočaral štedilnik, ki enostavno ne deluje. Malo greje le večja kuhalna plošča od dveh, a traja zelo dolgo, da se segreje. Manjša sploh ne deluje. Praktično štedilnika ni mogoče uporabljati. Apartma sva izbrala tudi zato, ker naj bi omogočal, da si hrano lahko občasno sama pripraviva. V tuš kabini je odlomljen nosilec za ročko od tuša, ki jo je potrebno posledično držati ves čas v roki. Žaluzije na strešnih oknih so poškodovane. Strešnih oken se ne da odpreti, da bi lahko prezračila stanovanje. Garderobne omare ni. Oblačila sva zložila na pomožno ležišče. Ključavnica v stanovanje je poškodovana in je potrebno najti primeren položaj ključa, da lahko vrata odkleneš ali zakleneš. Parkirišča kljub vnaprejšnji rezervaciji in odobritvi nisva imela. Po navodilih stanodajalke sva morala parkirati na dostavno pot restavracije v pritličju. Najprej sva morala umakniti vreče s smetmi in odriniti zabojnike za smeti. Prostora za avto je bilo zelo malo. Stanovanje je sicer dobro zasnovano in praktično, a dotrajano, potrebno obnove in temeljitega čiščenja.
