Pereira Place

The location was ver hm nice to visit Sao Vicente, and do some hikes. We even did one without a car - just walking in the area. Good restaurants on the beach! Apartment is very well organized, we found everything we needed. The host is very nice and check in was smooth. So overall great value for money !

Pereira Place is a fabulous appartement. It's location in the middle of the north coast makes access to areas to the east, west and centre of the island easy. It is located in a charming village, with supermarket, cafes and bank 2-5 minutes walk away. There is an easy 10 minute walk through a park to the coast, where there are cafes, restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea. The appartement is very well-equiped, clean, with comfy beds and balconies front, middle and rear. Villagers are very friendly, and make you feel like a local. We expected cooler, cloudier and rainier weather than in the south, but were lucky to have sunshine and temperatures around 23-24C in February. Filipe was very helpful.

Everything was perfect. The owner is so nice and helpful. It is easy to park near by and the apartment is big, clean and modern

Beautiful area and perfect location to travel from. The appartment has all necessary utilities/facilities, however the kitchenette is a bit cramped. Filipe is a very good host and is very responsive

There was quite a lot of noise on the street below the appartment, also during the night, with cars running stationary in front of the building
