Lokalizacja, budynek i okolica - to był bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Łatwy dostęp z głównej ulicy. Mega użyteczny parking podziemny. Przestronne mieszkanie.
Zbyt wysokie i twarde poduszki, bolały nas szyje po pierwszej nocy, musieliśmy spać bez nich. Bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni w garnki i zastawę. Sporo drobnych usterek, które nie wpływały na funkcjonalność, ale ogólny odbiór miejsca.

L'appartement est grand, avec deux salles de bain, un lave linge, de grands placards, un ascenseur ( qui mème directement au parking) et une place de parking. Sa situation géographique est optimale, proche d'un supermarché, accessible aux autres commerces ( restaurants, boutiques..) et de la mer. il se situe au milieu de Madère ce qui est pratique pour faire des excursions. Clair avec un petit balcon.
La déco est un peu vieillotte et le lit 2 personnes grince un peu...petite odeur de renfermé bien masquée par des diffuseur de parfum. Meubles de salle de bain semblent peu solide.

tres bon emplacement pour visiter l ile
les lits sont tres bruyants,dans la salle de bains les meubles sont humides,les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas adaptés (manque une essoreuse a salade par ex...)la hotte est grasse,telecommande tv hs
