Freundlicher Vermieter, geräumige, zweigeschossige Wohnung. Zur Begrüssung ein Geschenk. (Wein). Privater Parkplatz, wenn auch mit sehr enger Zufahrt.
WLAN sehr sprunghaft. Mal 500 Mbit, mal 2 Mbit. Geschirrspüler wäre gut, oder zumindest die Möglichkeit die Spüle zum Abwasch zu verschließen. Es existiert kein Stopfen. Aktuell Baulärm auf der Straße.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et confortable. Le supermarché au pied de l'immeuble et le parking souterrain sont bien appréciables. Accueil au top, quelqu'un pour nous accueillir, une bouteille et un gâteau portugais nous attendaient sur la table. Une adresse à recommander.

El alojamiento es muy amplio, está muy bien situado (a menos de 10 minutos andando del centro de Riveira Brava y al lado de la salida a la carretera principal hacia todos los lados de la isla), la cocina está muy bien situado y la anfitriona es muy amable.
Las ventanas no sellan del todo bien y no tiene calefacción, asi que si hace frío fuera (no muy común en Madeira), en el apartamento hace fresco.
