Nos ha gustado la buena ubicación del apartamento, está bien conectado con el resto de la isla y se encuentra en una zona muy silenciosa y agradable. Hay una pastelería deliciosa frente al apartamento y, a poca distancia, dos supermercados y una cafetería estupenda. Asimismo, encontrarás muy cerca una buena oferta en restaurantes. Además, el apartamento cuenta como punto fuerte con un parking subteráneo propio - a 10 metros del ascensor- que sube directamente al apartamento I.
Nos ha sorprendido que no hubiera un lavavajillas. Supone un menor consumo de agua para el dueño y, además, un ahorro de tiempo y comodidad para el cliente. Luego, es importante reseñar que el apartamento no tiene vistas a la playa - como se muestra en algunas fotos que publicitan el apartamento - ya que está ubicado a unos 500 metros de la playita, bastante reducida y concurrida a cualquier hora.
