firstly, it was super clean and well maintained. the owners helped us out with any requests we had and all the necessities for a long-term stay were provided in the apartment. also, the location is great and there is parking right outside the apartment.

El apartamento ofrece buenas vistas y cumple con lo mínimo indispensable para una estancia cómoda. Está bien cuidado y es funcional. Destaca por su buena relación calidad-precio: sin lujos, pero con lo esencial. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar sencillo pero agradable.
Durante los días de calor, se notó la falta de aire acondicionado o ventilador, lo que hizo que la estancia fuese incómoda en algunos momentos. También vimos alguna cucaracha durante la estancia.

El agua caliente se va si se baña 1 persona y luego vuelve a los 30 minutos o así.

Ribeira brava è un ottimo campo base per accedere a tutta l’isola. Parcheggio comodo per la struttura.
Per il costo che ha, la proprietà potrebbe mettere a disposizione qualche attrezzo in più per la cucina. Il minimo indispensabile non è sufficiente!
