Great Apartment with new fixtures and super hosts

The host went out of their way to absolutely ensure that any speed bump & hiccup we had during our stay was immediately rectified. ( Ran out of socks 🧦 and needed laundry ) Highly recommend staying here as the accommodations are superior, hosts are absolutely quick at communication and taking care of any needs and/or questions with suggestions for the local area for those who are unfamiliar. The apt was VERY WELL furnished, hot hot hot 🔥 water and heated floor in the bathroom! 100% hope when we return there's availability as it will be the first place we will check.

That we could only stay for a night! Would have LOVED to stay longer but schedules!

This was the best stay for us. 🤩 The location of the apartment was very central, and also walking distance to the beach, which was okay even for a toddler. Owners thought about everything you might need in detail for the comfortable stay. There is everything you might need for cooking, washing clothes or ironing. The apartment is equipped with a playstation, e.g. The apartment was really clean and we liked the stylish interior. There is an artist working at the ground floor, so it looks pretty awesome, when you enter a little artistic studio on the way to your apartment. There is also the cutest little backyard, where you can enjoy your evenings. The parking lot is nearby and is free for the guests. The hosts are amazingly hospitable and friendly, were really helpful and in contact whenever we needed something. I really recommend this place, we will definitely come here again.

Excellent appartement spot on the EuroVelo 8 Bicycles track.

Very warm welcome. Marko and his family were interested in our story. Very convenient appartement with all necessary facilities. And even more, I have enjoyed the PS4 and the excellent selection of candy’s. The shower was too good, almost addicting . I will install a similar set-up in my house as well

Nice apartment and great place to stay and discover Porec from.

Clean, good location, close to the beach, modern apartment, contains all you need. The host thinks a step forward providing you small things you would need in the kitchen and in the bathroom (quite unusual in Croatia where the most of people are only “takers”, trying to save money in all possible ways). Recommend it strongly! ♥️

I was missing a balcony, but I knew the apartment didn’t have it… Might be a bit noisy in the night from the street (only walking area, there are no cars at all), but it didn’t disturb me.

Friendly family

The family, the owners are very friendly. We could talk to them a lot and it was a much more personal experience than staying in a hotel. The appartment is totally normal, there was no problem. The location is good, it is close to the center, to the “attractions”. The main parking is also not so far, couple of 100 meters.

Stylish Apartment in the center of town

Great apartment in the center of Poreč. We only stayed on our last night but could have stayed much longer because the place was really nice, stylish, freshly renovated and had enough space, was very clean and is located right in the center of town. The host and his family were very kind and welcoming and always helped us out with parking and so on. Thanks for everything :) Also the flat was very well equipped. Absolute thumbs up, can only recommand it! It was just exciting to watch the streetlife through the windows. Also the bathroom and shower were deluxe. Felt very well and like at home.

Puno smo putovali i vidjeli svašta,ali ovaj objekat nas se posebno dojmio.Od same lokacije,do ljubazne dobrodošlice, a što je najbitnije uređenje apartmana(moderno ,sa ukusom)uredno,cisto i ima ,sve potrebno što Vam treba za prekrasan i ugodan boravak.Domacin na raspolaganju a ne nametljiv.Mogu samo reći da ovaj apartman može biti primjer kako bi apartman trebao izgledati.Hvala Vam što ste nam omogućili takvo iskustvo.
