The air conditioner, set on heating, was an absolute live saver in a usual cold house in cold Grahamstown. The onsite worker was very helpful and supplied what we needed. The office table and chair really helped.

Just a An electrical feedback. The hot water was boiling hot all the time. I could even hear the electrical geyser coming on after using just a little hot water in the basin or kitchen tap. This means, that the geyser is set to 100º C. To keep this temperature the geyser has to use electricity all the time. I am sure all your geysers in all the units are set the same wasteful way. My recommendation is that you do what I do. Get a plumber or a handy man to set your geyser to operate as follows: Winter: Upper cut-off temperature 75º and low turn on geyser temperature 65º Summer: Upper cut-off temperature 60º low turn on geyser temperature 70º That way the geyser heats up to the upper temperature then stops until the water reached the lower temperature and then heats up until the upper temperature. That way you save a lot of electricity and guests have plenty hot water, without burning themselves.

The unit was cleaned on a daily basis, it was good value for money. Someone was always available for queries.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and a sign directing around the corner to the entrance, especially when arriving at night would have been very helpful.

The fire place was amazing for that Grahamstown chill. Well equipped kitchen. Complementary coffee. Check in was a breeze!

Nothing really everything was just as we pictured.

Inside venue not bad, some paint off in main bedroom, staff good.

Smokers in a non smoker area on wednesday. Party next door after 8. Stompies in flower pots and braai on arriving. Parking under cover taken by next door and no private parking. Contraveined all these which were on booking com as a write up for the venue.
