About this house rental
Puntaldia is an elegant residential complex, which enjoys unspoiled nature and boasts belonging to a stretch of coast among the most beautiful and evocative of the whole Mediterranean. The Protected Marine Area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo, the Caribbean beaches of La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandichi.
The apartments, with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, give a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a separate entrance, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. From the living room, open onto the terrace with a view, a splendid view of the sea. A second small shaded cool patio completes the property every hour.
Attention: there are three steps to access the property and therefore the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, the double room has an entrance from the patio and is separated from the rest of the house, so small children that parents want close to their room can sleep in the living room.
A few steps away you arrive at the splendid Cinta beach, with areas organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas.
In Puntaldia there are many services including a swimming pool for guests, tennis courts, the Golf Club, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurant and cafe, a supermarket, a pharmacy and many shops. La proprietà dotata di tutti i confort è inserita nel consorzio di Puntaldia e regala una vista mozzafiato in un contesto verde che rende lo spazio ideale per una vacanza di relax anche con bambini. Comoda la soluzione della seconda stanza da letto con bagno separata che permette maggiore autonomia e indipendenza. Qualche piccolo lavoretto di manutenzione alle rubinetterie dei bagni renderebbe la proprietà perfetta in tutti i sensi.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse im schönen Puntaldia und bietet eine Terasse mit schöner Aussicht auf San Teodoro und La Cinta. Der Strand liegt fussläufig 10 min vom Haus entfernt, nach San Teodoro sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Das Häuschen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Bad. Mit separatem Eingang ein Kinderzimmer und ein weiteres Duschbad. Möblierung ist zweckmäßig. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Garten idyllisch. Der drahtlose DSL - Anschluss ging trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin nicht. Der Netzwerkname wurde nicht einmal angezeigt. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anmietung war der Backofen kaputt und wir hatten leider Pech, dass es vorher durchgeregnete hatte im Schlafzimmer und uns das nicht vorher mitgeteilt wurde. So regnete es während unserer Anwesenheit leider nochmal massiv durch. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war freundlich und konstruktiv, wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht, 4 bezahlt und 3 erstattet bekommen. Das Angebot, doch ins rückwärtige Kinderzimmer mit separatem Eingang zu ziehen, wollten wir nicht annehmen. Letztlich haben wir ein Haus mit Meerblick gebucht und kein rückwärtiges Zimmer mit Bad. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns gewünscht, vor Anreise informiert zu werden, dass das Dach einen Schaden hat mit der Option, uns gleich etwas anderes suchen zu können. Auch wenn ein neues Durchregnen nicht absehbar war, roch man den Wasserschaden leider bereits bei Ankunft stark.
Das Haus ist aus unserer Sicht gut geeignet für 4 Personen - Kinder müssen dann mit separatem Eingang schlafen - und eher für die Hauptsaison. Die Anlage selbst ist schön.
