About this house rental
Puntaldia is an elegant residential complex, which enjoys unspoiled nature and boasts belonging to a stretch of coast among the most beautiful and evocative of the whole Mediterranean. The Protected Marine Area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo, the Caribbean beaches of La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandichi.
The apartments, with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, give a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a separate entrance, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. From the living room, open onto the terrace with a view, a splendid view of the sea. A second small shaded cool patio completes the property every hour.
Attention: there are three steps to access the property and therefore the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, the double room has an entrance from the patio and is separated from the rest of the house, so small children that parents want close to their room can sleep in the living room.
A few steps away you arrive at the splendid Cinta beach, with areas organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas.
In Puntaldia there are many services including a swimming pool for guests, tennis courts, the Golf Club, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurant and cafe, a supermarket, a pharmacy and many shops. The property is beautifully located on a little hill in Puntaldia. The house is perfect. Beautiful internally and externally with a stunning view on la Cinta beach. The beautiful beach of Puntaldia is only 5 minutes walking distance directly connected with the house. The house has all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Last but not least, Cristina, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back and suggest this Place.

We had a lovely stay. The sea view from the rear of the property is so good to look at every morning ! The property is well equipped and Sandra was very helpful and answered all our questions and booked a boat trip for us. The complex which the property is on is very well maintained and there is a pool 10 minutes walk away. The beach is very lovely - one of the best in Sardinia - and a few minutes walk away.
