Loved the breakfast, dinner and drinks in the hotel so in the heat wave you didn't have to leave the hotel to deal with the humidity.
The pool and spa were great and always very clean
The staff were all exceptional in their customer service approach to guests - they made it a most memorable stay
The $50.00 pet/night fee is way overpriced. I think they need to lower that price since we only had them clean the room once except for clean towels and emptying the garbage daily during our 4-day stay.
Please fix the electric outlets in the underground garage as I have a plug in hybrid and I only got electricity to recharge my car sporadically.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a ton of options. Everything was clean and well attended to.
Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable as most sofa beds are. Not sure if they had a mattress topper for it. Forgot to ask.
