We stayed here in February and the staff were amazing! Last night we arrived around 11 no smile . I had reserved a first floor room for handicapped older lady with me because it’s such a long walk. He gave me third floor with one bed. I had to go back to the desk and ask for a different room . He never responded or apologized. Too completey different experiences!

My week-long stay in Coralville was great. The room was quiet and clean. The location was convenient for me, visiting a family member at nearby Summit. The best part of the stay was the service provided by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The night clerk helped me with a very late check-in and greeted me on my return each night. “Iowa Nice” for sure. Many thanks, and I will return on my next visit to Coralville.

Overall I give the hotel a Good rating. Staff was great, hotel very clean but the elevator wasn’t working consistently and the toilet in our room wasn’t secure to the floor.
