Easy parking, good location, front desk was very friendly, bed was so comfortable, breakfast and the coffee were really good.
The bathtub needs updating, and a couple of the lampshades need replacing.

Incredibly comfortable bed. Clean, modern common areas. Plenty of parking. Close to lots of affordable restaurants.
The property was fine, but my room smelled vaguely of smoke, the freezer was completely frosted over and unusable, and all the soap/shampoo dispensers in my shower were empty.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The room was quiet and clean. The location was very convenient to University of Iowa. The staff was pleasant.
The bathroom seemed clean but there was paint peeling in the bathtub and the caulking needed to be replaced. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress sunk in and had no support. The pillows were also uncomfortable.
