Appartamento nuovo, carino e centralissimo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

La ubicación es excelente! Mejor imposible

Todo estuvo muy bien. Si me quejo estaría mal . Lo único que me hubiera gustado. Una toalla extra de baño y una alfombra para el piso del baño . Pero nada que hiciera mi estancia negativa . En general estuvo excelente.

Location was great, host was chatty, bed OK. Away from the touristy traps, some great little bars and restaurants close by run by families.

The check in process was not smooth. It would be helpful if the process was better explained (i.e. ring owner in xx apartment at xx street number to pick up key) initially from acceptance of booking for those travelling & without connection. When I found the location there was no one there, then had to go find wifi to see if any message from owner as I had nothing before boarding train. There was, in Italian, (yes I understand the country I'm in, but rest of booking info was in English) then needed someone to explain what was said. They neglected to say which street number to ring, only the apartment number - I had NO idea the owner lived next door. Then had to go back to the bar to phone owner. When you are travelling solo, spent all day getting there and it's night time, in a dark alley it can be a little scarry. All that over, the place was OK, however I felt it was a bit 'set & forget' - it needed a good scrub, it was tidy but felt a bit dirty, dishes had a film of grime, crumbs on benches, showerscreens needed wiping down, minimal cutlery and crockery, no glasses etc. The hot water system needs to be turned off & on (I get energy saving) but allow double the stated time to heat up. Plus there didn't seem to be any hot water in the kitchen sink.
