Casa La Palma di Ortigia

The apartment is so beautiful! Located just by the sea! Clean, spacious, lots of natural light and the owners Francesca and Pina made my stay so peaceful and I felt at home all the time. I wish I can come back one day!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Casa La Palma di Ortigia. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet little alley, which makes the environment peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s only about 150 meters from the sea. This balance of tranquility and convenience is one of the things I appreciated most. Ortigia is perfect for exploring on foot, and from the apartment it’s easy to reach the waterfront, historic streets, and many excellent restaurants and cafés. The apartment itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. It is clean, cozy, and well maintained. The kitchen is fully functional and works very well for preparing simple meals, which is especially useful for longer stays. The bed is comfortable and provides good rest after a day of walking around the island. Overall, the space feels warm, practical, and welcoming. The host, Francesca, is extremely friendly, and her mother is also very kind and helpful. Their hospitality added a personal touch to the stay and made me feel well taken care of. Communication was smooth and pleasant throughout.

the Wi‑Fi was not very stable at times, and the living area can feel a bit dark. However, these did not significantly affect the overall experience.
