Excelente localização, anfitriões extremamente simpáticos, gentis e agradáveis, a casa é linda, arejada, confortável e agradável. Estou ansiosa para voltar a Ortígia e não quero ficar em nenhum outro lugar que não seja a Casa Nicolù
Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado, foi tudo perfeito.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al centro ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comodità, comfort e relax!
Parcheggio, esclusivamente perché si trova sull’isola di Ortigia in area pedonale

The hosts were so kind, so sweet, it was amazing to meet them. Stay was perfect, it's in the centre of Ortigia.. Everything is so close, the price is very good and you get very spacious apartments with great hosts. Thank you very much for the stay. Highly recommend! 🙏
