We didn't have the best weather this year, but the unit we stayed in was beautiful. They had a variety of games and puzzles and books which was nice property was clean. Noise level was not bad. The walk to the beach is easy just across the street and the beach is not crowded.

We rented a 3 bdrm facing the beach. It was a perfect venue, great views, and a “quieter” area than the strip. Our condo was in great shape and well equipped. Clean property with a wonderful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

We have been coming to Anchorage 11 for almost 30 years and have always had a great vacation and accommodations we always an A+. We after 30 years this will be our last year. The main reason is the pettiness of the rules.1, No smoking on the entire property including parking lot or you get fined $500.00.2, Two ugly pilons with signs that say "Stay off the ropes in the pool. Just takes away from the whole pool experience. 3. Pool now closes at dusk instead of 10:00 PMAccommodations were less than desirable. 1, Condo needs to be completely cleaned. Both bathrooms had mold under the shower handles.2, Some of the walls need to be wiped down. Visible wires in both bathrooms. Very shotty workmanship. Screen on patio door needs to be replaced, it has a worn hole all the way across the door. The condo itself needs to be updated. I understand there will always be rules and issues but we have never experienced anything likes this in 30 years.
