A wonderful family vacation awaits you in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 12th floor oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.
This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views.
Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.
***Parking is limited to two vehicles***
~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~
The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

My family and I all loved staying at Southwind 1204! The overall experience was great. Customer service provided by the management company and the owner were top notch and beyond fast! The location truly cannot be beat! Parking was never an issue either. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest would be replacing the box springs in the master bedroom and the single queen bedroom, they were rather loud and popped a lot. The only downfalls of the entire property (Southwind) was no restroom at the pool which wasn’t a dealbreaker just inconvenient and the pool closes at 10pm which was a little early for our liking. We actually got married in the beach during our stay and the condo was perfect for getting ready in, the beach was a prime location for a wedding to avoid crowds, and the property was gorgeous for taking wedding portraits. Overall 10/10!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had the most amazing family vacation at this condo. Everything was so comfortable and cozy. It was clean, fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host was truly awesome: friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.The beach and ocean view were hands-down our favorite part. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying that beautiful view every day from our balcony felt like a dream. It made our trip absolutely unforgettable.We also loved that we were within minutes of so many family fun activities and restaurants within the area. We 100% will be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway!

We had a great condo very clean and great location. The only thing I didn’t care for was the furniture on the balcony. Needed more chairs. The plastic one were very flimsy. Other than that is was beautiful.
