Principal renter must be on premises during rental period (no young people on their own, no parties or events). Amazing host, super responsive. Great location, pet friendly, and well appointed with all the essentials for a family visit. The one consideration would be if you have guest with mobility issues. All entrances to the house require some steps. Not a full staircase- but 4-5 steps.

Extremely spacious and comfortable place in an odd little spot across the street from a very nice, uncrowded beach a little ways away from the main boardwalk. It was perfect for me and my three kids!
