We loved this house from the moment we saw it. The aesthetic of the place is perfect and clean, It has great space and I appreciated the satin painted walls, glued decor especially with kids and new appliances. We immediately booked it for a 38 day stay for work. I can say that for a short term rental it’s amazing. But for long term rental I feel like there could be some improvement. Constructive criticism:For example all cooking pans are supposed to be nonstick but they were all getting stuck. We had to buy our own. No mop so we had to buy one. Can opener doesn’t work. Pool pictures were misleading which one was ours, the pool is tiny tiny, for my two girls it was perfect but once another family shows up it becomes way too small. They also don’t have bathrooms or umbrellas at the pool. Cabinets need to be refaced again since the laminate is falling apart and I was afraid it was going to collapse on me. Ultimately the AC schedule was a pain because it resets at 11:30 pm to 75 and it gets hot hot. And once reset it only resets until 6:30 am. Host was nice and quick to answer. Overall we loved the house, it gave us a good experience for the first time in Myrtle beach.Thank you

This was one of the best stays I have had. This was the first beach trip with the kiddos and I was very impressed with everything about this condo. The owners responded immediately, the place was stocked and immaculate. Plenty of towels for a group of 8, nice sized bed, COMFORTABLE beds, extra blankets, and the check in process was perfect. Let me tell you in this place, I had no quams about walking barefoot! Priced great for the area. It was a perfect location to the airport, the Broadway, shopping, and any other activities we did. The longest drive we had was 39 minutes to the Shark Park. The only part my kids were not excited about was the small pool but, the beach made up for that. We will definitely stay here again whether it's jusr adults or with the kids. Oh yeah, there is room behind the front door. I thought it was a closet and got nervous very quickly about how we were going to fit. I assure you....THERE'S PLENTY OF SPACE. LOVED, LOVED THIS PLACE! 5 🌟 s.
