The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My review is based mainly on cleanliness and management staff. Rental was not clean, the floors were still sandy. Needed to scrub the kitchen floor with swiffer after spilled some water. The pads on the swiffer were black. Had to wear shoes in the rental because all the floors were not clean.Called management staff on Saturday and Sunday about a problem with the TV. No response. In the meantime a plumber had to come in on Wednesday and fix a leak in the bathroom and at that time was asked about the TV and he fixed the problem. The instructions for the TV were no help.My family and I have rented here for years. This is the first time I feel I needed to do a review.

Location had dirt and food on floors, filter for ice machine was bad, had to have it replaced. Display on kitchen stove was not working. Very hard to tell if it was on and what was on. Maintenance man told us it had been that way for a year. One of kitchen lights was burnt out than other one went out had to have bulbs replaced. Finally had over had lights in kitchen on last day of our stay. Property had a lot of issues. It still was a great location away from all the hustle. Pools were excellent and access to beach was great.
