Located on the 10th floor, the condo is thoughtfully arranged for families and groups who want to spend time together while still having room to spread out. You have sweeping ocean, beach, pool, and resort views, along with glimpses of the city skyline and surrounding landscape that shift beautifully from morning to night. The condo was nice. Normal wear and tear on sofas, tables, etc. The microwave had major damage, but they were aware and it still worked. The primary bedroom bed was sunken in the middle. My husband and I literally rolled in the middle all night. the accommodations were good. The three bedrooms allowed us to spread out. The resort had lots of nice amenities to enjoy. The additional checkin process beyond VRBO was a bit of a pain. They did it to protect the renter, but it seemed excessive. Additional rental agreements, photos of ids, cc, and even selfie with signature. It was a very different experience.

Beach front condo! 3mrhis property had 3 bedrooms and very comfortably could sleep 10 people! We had 6 and had a Ton of room! The balcony had a beautiful beach view and the bedrooms and bed were clean and comfortable! The resort itself was really neat with slides, Lazy river, pools and pool bar! Starbucks downstairs and breakfast buffet as well. We would return!

This was our 5th time staying at Dunes Village. Room was a bit dirty apon arrival. Sticky spills on kitchen floors, bathrooms and toiletpaper rolls had stuff all over them. Kitchen wasn't equipped for full cooking like we have been used to prior years. Apon arrival. Hotsl had it posted the
