This lovely condo is located in the Forest Dunes Resort in the quieter section of Myrtle Beach called "Cabana Row" by Millionaire Mile. This resort features a lazy river, full size pool, large hot tub, indoor pool, and kiddy pool.
This beautiful condo is located on the 16th floor and the views are INCREDIBLE! From every bedroom, you can see the ocean! Every person who enters this condo for the first time always comments on the breathtaking views! There are floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. You can see all the way down the beach and overlooking the city too. It is so beautiful to see the pelicans fly in formation or dolphins swimming along the coast. There is so much to see!
The condo is about 1600 sqft which is quite large for a beach condo! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room area is perfect for gathering with larger groups. It is cute, comfy, and beachy on the inside with plenty of room for your family and friends. There is a large Smart TV, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.
The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need to cook up and serve a nice meal. There is a drip brew coffee pot and I provide starter packs of coffee, creamer, and sweeteners.
There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary bedroom is quite large and has an amazing view of the ocean and access to the balcony. There is nothing better than waking up to the sound of the ocean waves crashing! There is an attached bathroom that has been beautifully renovated. There is plenty of drawer space for clothes, but if you want to hang something up, you will need to use one of the closets in the secondary bedrooms. The secondary bedroom features a beautiful queen bed, TV, nice size closet, and an attached half bathroom. The third bedroom has two gorgeous upholstered full size beds. There is plenty of drawer space and a large closet too. All bedrooms have fabulous ocean views! There is a laundry center in the hallway. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit too.
The building itself is the perfect size resort! It is big enough to have some wonderful amenities, but not too big where you get lost or crowded out. There are several pools on the main level. There is a full size outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tub and a lazy river. There is also an indoor pool for those cool winter days or rainy summer days.
Buckets is the name of the seasonal restaurant on the first level of our building. They are perfect for a burger and fries or mango frozen margaritas by the pool!
Like most VRBOs, we do not offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there are plenty of grocery stores, a Walmart, and a Costco close by. You can even have your items delivered with Instacart.

What we provide for our guest:
- One set of bathroom towels per guest which includes washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. **We do not supply beach towels.**
- Complimentary toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
- Starter rolls of toilet tissue.
What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Two hand towels, two dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Garbage Bags
- Dish Detergent & Dish Soap
- Complimentary Hot beverages including - Regular & Decaf Coffee and Tea. Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.
You are welcome to use the beach chairs and the toys in the closet. Please be mindful of the sand though. After using them, please rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower area next to the gazebo by the beach. Please place them back neatly too so they are nice for the next guest to use too. :)
You will have access to the entire condo. You will also have access to the outdoor pool area, the indoor pool area, the private oceanfront gazebo, the lobby, and the restaurant and restrooms next to indoor pool.

We absolutely loved the property! It was updated and clean with a roomy kitchen area and spacious bedrooms! We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach and the easy access to the pool hot tub and lazy river. There was something for everyone to enjoy!

Pros-Location and access to beach is excellent. The views are nice and even better out on the terrace. The condo is spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked, which I fully appreciated. The bedroom decors are pleasing to the eye. Beds are very comfortable. Provided beach chairs, umbrella which was a plus. In general the condo was clean. Cons-Towels need to be laundered better. White towels look dingy/ stained. Communication- the owner had the opportunity to notify me on our 1st communication about the ceiling cracks and dip. It would have given me the opportunity proceed with our stay or change. However, the lack of communication until travel date did come across as deceptive. And in honesty the ceiling issue did not affect our trip. So my advise, pls disclose prior to stay,Overall, a nice place to stay if all the repairs can be rectified.
